Plants look good around the home but also have a practical benefit.

Some of the worst air quality is to be found in the home, particularly in colder months when windows stay closed a lot. Plants filter out many air impurities and renew stale air by giving out oxygen. The African daisy, spider plant, peace lily and philodendrons are particularly good air filters.
