Perhaps not recently, but a shed does get a lot of rain in a normal year.

Did you know that the rain falling on a small garden shed could fill a decent sized water butt dozens of times every year? Or it can go to waste of course. Rain water is much better for plants than our chalky hard water, so if you like plants think about installing a water butt before the rain comes. That will probably coincide with the school holidays!
